I’m a French doula with a love for supporting families through one of life’s most transformational times.

My background as a French teacher taught me the joy of guiding and empowering others, but it was becoming a mother myself, across different countries and cultures, that showed me just how much support matters.

As a military spouse who has lived in Italy, Scotland, Germany, the USA, and South Korea, I understand firsthand the challenges of raising a family far from home, relatives, and familiar surroundings.

Parenthood isn’t meant to be done alone ; it takes a village. My passion as a doula is to help build that village for families here, offering compassionate, knowledgeable support as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.

I now serve families in the Wiesbaden, Germany area. Having given birth to both of my children in Bavaria, I understand what it’s like to navigate pregnancy and birth in Germany, and I’m always glad to share my personal experience and help parents feel more at ease.
